Prehospital Care Research Summit

You were unable to attend the Prehospital Care Research Summit last year, because you were placed on the wait-list (or because you had to cancel your trip). The good news is that you will receive priority consideration this year!

The Research Summit will be hosted in Minneapolis, Minnesota on February 6th and 7th.

Come to the intensive two-day workshop prepared to roll up your sleeves and get to work!

As a Research Summit participant, you will formulate a research plan, use FISDAP data to test your hypothesis, and leave with a valid research abstract. Baxter Larmon, PhD, MICP and founder of the Prehospital Care Research Forum, will lead the workshop; a team of statisticians, medical doctors, computer programmers, and representatives from the IRB (Institutional Review Board) will all be on-hand to assist the research. There is no fee to attend the 2008 Prehospital Care Research Summit. Individuals are responsible for their own travel arrangements. FISDAP will provide transportation from a hotel to the site of the Research Summit. Details on hotel arrangements and other logistics are coming soon. To confirm your participation, please fill out our online application before September 17th when we send the invitation to the entire FISDAP community. Your participation is not confirmed until you submit the online application. Space is limited, and we anticipate a lot of interest, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
